Simple Rasp Jam

Its v strait4ward; its a lb of rasps to a lb of sugar. Put the equal amounts of rasps+ sugar in a large pan. Bring slowly to the boil stirring all the time. Once boiling keep on the boil with an odd scim off the top (foam); keep stirring- after bout 15 to 20 mins, take a drop on a plate + leave 5 mins then check to c if it wrinkles after runnin spoon end thro settin jam.
